Pastor Allen Bossman

Pastor Allen leads All For Christ International Church in Reading with compassion and vision, guiding his congregation spiritually while also working in sales.

A dedicated pastor and entrepreneur, he’s passionate about faith, community, and enjoys playing football in his free time.

Deborah Bossman

Deborah Bossman is the worship leader at All For Christ International Church, where she leads the choir with passion and helps create a powerful atmosphere of worship. As the pastor’s wife, she plays a key role in supporting the church community and leads the women’s ministry, mentoring and empowering women in their faith.

Outside of ministry, Deborah works in finance, bringing excellence and dedication to both her professional and spiritual roles.

Philip Adjei Kwarteng

Philip Adjei Kwarteng is the Ministry Director at All For Christ International Church, where he oversees church activities and leads impactful Bible studies. Known for his reliability and ability to tackle even the toughest challenges, he is the go-to person who’s always ready to help.

Outside of ministry, Philip works in the insurance industry and enjoys playing FIFA in his free time.

Rita Micah

Rita leads worship and provides spiritual guidance at All For Christ International Church. She preaches, offers pastoral care, and serves the community through acts of compassion—whether visiting the sick, checking on members, or cooking for others.

A dedicated nurse by profession, she is committed to upholding the church’s mission and inspiring others to grow in faith and service.

Betty Micah

Evangelist Betty is passionate about sharing the gospel, traveling to various communities to inspire and encourage others to embrace the message of salvation. As a charismatic communicator, she also leads praise and worship at All For Christ International Church.

In addition to her evangelistic work, she is a pharmacist and owns a skincare business, all while focusing on helping the church reach non-believers and spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Billiey McKeown

Billiey serves as the secretary at All For Christ International Church, and she is the go-to person for any enquiries or to book the church venue for activities. Known for her attention to detail and warm, welcoming nature, she ensures smooth communication and organization within the church.

Outside of her secretarial role, Billiey is a dedicated nurse and enjoys cooking, often bringing her love for care and service into every aspect of her life.

Priscilla Biney

Priscilla is the Social Media Manager at All For Christ International Church, responsible for creating and managing the engaging videos and content you see on our Instagram and TikTok pages.

With a strong passion for media and IT, she ensures the church's online presence is vibrant, dynamic, and impactful. Beyond her social media role, Priscilla is known for her welcoming and friendly nature, often lending a hand with church events and activities. Her dedication to connecting the church community both online and in person is a key part of her ministry.

Dennis Bossman

Dennis serves as the sound engineer at All For Christ International Church, ensuring the audio during services is clear and perfectly balanced for the congregation.

He works closely with the instrumentalists to make sure their sound is just right, enhancing the worship experience. In addition to his role at the church, Dennis is a professional footballer. We are grateful to have him with us for now, as a player he is subject to transfers at any time. ​
